Where will my driver meet me?

Heathrow Airport Terminal – 2 > Your driver will meet by Cafe Nero which after you collect your luggage.

Heathrow Airport Terminal – 3, 4 & 5 > Your driver will meet you by Costa Coffee which is after you collect your luggage.

Gatwick, Luton & Stansted >Your driver will meet you by Costa Coffee which is after you collect your luggage.

How much luggage can I take with me?

This completely depends on the vehicle you choose and we would recommend visiting our fleet page to find out more or alternatively you can use the contact form or live chat and one of colleagues will happy to assist you.

Why do you need my flight number?

Your flight number is needed because it allows us to track you journey so Abbey car dispatcher is aware if there is any delays or early arrivals and we can adjust your pick up time accordingly.

My flight is landing late. What can I do?

Rest assured, if you have provided us with a flight number we’ll be aware of this but if you would like extra piece of mind you can contact us on our call center and they’ll be able to assist you.

Do you charge waiting time at the Airport?

All airport bookings includes a free 30 minutes waiting period from the point you have requested the car, For Example;

Flight Landing at >1300 > Pick up is requested 30 minutes after landing > Customer is collected at 14:00 > No waiting time charge

Flight landing at > 1300 > Pick up is requested 30 minutes after landing > Customer is collected at 14:30 > 30 minutes waiting time payable.

What happens if my flight is cancelled?

If a flight number has been provided we’ll be fully aware of this and will cancel your booking automatically. Do feel free to contact us to double-check and also reserve y our new car.

Is Parking charges included in my fare?

Parking charges are not included in your fare as they’re charges from the Airport and not by us. Please refer to the airport website for the correct parking charges

Can you collect me at departures?

Unfortunately, we’re not able to collect you at departures as it is hazardous with moving cars and also against the airport rules.
