How do I make a booking?

How do i pay for my journey?

You can make your payment by Cash, Card* or Account.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes we do, Please specify when making your booking.

By law, a child can travel without a child seat in a Private hire vehicles.

How do i know when my car is on the way?

When a driver is allocated for your booking you’ll receive a text message with all of the drivers details and also a tracking link so you can track him.

When the driver is has arrived outside your house, you’ll also receive a text message letting you know he’s arrived.

What shall i do if my driver is late?

In the event this happens you can track your driver via the SMS tracking link which was sent when the driver was allocated or you can call us on 0208 748 7474 to get an update on the status.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel 1 hour before you journey – there’ll be no charge.

What is Card fee's?

10.5% on all journeys.

When is my card charged?

Your card is charged you have made the booking however if there is any outstanding charges such as extra waiting and parking these will be charged after journey has been completed.

Is your Payment method safe?

Absolutely, Our website has SSL certification and we use tokenization payment system which means our servers never know your card number just randoms number generated by our payment provider WorldPay.

What is your waiting time charges?

We charge £18 Per Hour with the first 10 minutes completely free on normal bookings and with 30 minutes free on airport bookings*

How do i amend a booking?

You can amend your booking via your online portal, using our live chat service or you can always call us on +44208 748 7474.

Are your journey time estimates accurate?

We can only advise you with typical journey times but please do leave extra time if you need to.

Can i keep a driver all day?

Yes, we’ll just bill you on an hour basis and depending on the service a minimum time period will apply.
